filemanager is a private, single-user personal archive operated by one individual for their own files. There are no other users, no accounts to create, and no service offered to the public. This policy describes how that individual's own data is handled by their own tool.
With the account owner's explicit consent, filemanager reads:

Retrieved content is stored on hardware owned and physically controlled by the account owner, with an encrypted backup copy held in the owner's own private cloud storage bucket. It is not stored on this website, and this website collects nothing from visitors.
Only the account owner. The search interface is reachable exclusively over a private network and is not exposed to the public internet.
Content is retained for as long as the owner keeps it. Revoking filemanager's access at Google Account permissions stops all further reading immediately; the owner can delete the local index at any time.
